Welcome to the results of the second Song Contest, Germanyland presents their results first

Lovely take the early lead, but with 11 countries still to go, it's anyone's for the taking.

Disneyland send forward Mickey Mouse to present their points.

Lovely remain in the lead while only Canada and Jamaica are yet to receive points, and it's Jamaica's turn to give their results.

Lovely remain in the lead, but many countries are catching up, what will change as Lovely give their results?

USA takes the lead, as Lovely fall to 4th place, and Germanyland make a dash towards the middle of the pack. Jamaica is still yet to receive points.

USA also drops to 4th after giving their results, Mechanus takes the lead, and Jamaica is still yet to get off the starting blocks. Will Utopia help them out at all?

Mechanus remains in the lead, but Germanyland shoots up into second. Jamaica are still trailing with zero points as the Vatican City steps up.

Jamaica gets its first point on the board! Mechanus remains in first, but Germanyland is close on it's tail. Syria prepares to give points.

Mechanus is leapfrogged by Germanyland, and we approach the final 4 countries left to vote. Will Mechanus fall further back as it steps up to give it's votes?

Mechanus drops back to 4th after giving it's results, as Germanyland has a 10 point lead going into the final quarter.

At this stage it is impossible for Jamaica, Utopia, Disneyland or Syria to win. But it's still all to play for, for everyone else as France hands in its votes.

Germanyland stays in the lead, but only just as Mechanus catches up. With only two left to vote, Only the USA and above have a chance of winning, as Canada is next to give its votes.

The top 3 are separated by a single solitary point. USA has dropped out of the running, as has France due to the fact tie breakers would not allow them to pass Germanyland.

It's a three horse race as Bearville gives the final points of the contest.

Congratulations to Mechanus for winning their first Song Contest! It was a very close run thing right to the very end, and it was only tie breakers that kept a lot of the back end of the pack apart.
