Do not list all the countries and put points next to them

Do not put "Country 1", "Country 4", etc.

Please rate fairly by giving all countries a listen. You may not vote for yourself. Everyone, regardless of entry may vote, so you can still participate even if you chose not to enter! However, if those that entered do not vote, they will get a 20 point penalty.

Note - We have an unprecedented amount of entries this time around with 28. This means a lot of songs are here. I'd ask everyone tries to give every song a fair listen and not switch off after 10 seconds. But by the same token it's meant to be fun. Please do not feel forced to listen to every song in it's entirety if you are absolutely hating it. You can only vote for 10 after all. Overall this is expected to be fun, not a chore.
